Can I participate in the Learning Experiences without becoming an Alumni Network Member?All Learning Experiences are exclusively designed and created for our Alumni. Therefore, an Alumni Network Membership is required to access all the Experiences. As a member, you will have full access to them and will be eligible for the Board as long as your membership remains active.

What is included in the annual subscription fee?Being a member of the Network means you are part of an exclusive community and are among the only ones who can purchase unique Learning Experiences. Additionally, your membership includes free access to our European Innovation for Sustainability Summit, live events with experts, and special content designed just for our members. Please note that membership does not include free access to Experiences, which have a separate cost based on duration, activities, and locations.

How do I renew my membership?Memberships are renewed automatically each year. Before your renewal date, you will receive a reminder email with detailed information about all the new experiences, contents, and events added.

Can I cancel my membership at any time?Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time by sending us an email to education@eiis.it. However, please note that refunds are not provided for the remainder of the membership term. Additionally, if your membership is not active on the start date of a booked Learning Experience, you will not be able to participate.

Is there a schedule for upcoming free events?Yes, members receive a newsletter with a schedule of upcoming events and activities.

Are Learning Experiences open to everyone?No, our Learning Experiences are exclusive. Due to their unique nature, they are reserved for a limited number of participants to ensure a high-quality, personalized experience. So, if you're interested, we strongly suggest booking them in advance.

How do I purchase a Learning Experience?Once you are a member, you can browse and purchase Learning Experiences through our website. Each Experience has a separate cost based on its duration, activities, and locations.
